What are your thoughts in this? I guess to a certain degree I tend to agree, but I'm not sure that it is 100% accurate.
Let me give you an example..........I subscribe to a number of news letters, so I get emails every day about new opportunities and e-books and so on. So, e few weeks ago, just about all the Internet Marketers I subscribe to sent me an email on the same day. It was all about this new discovery, something called Job kill. They had all obviously started a joint venture with the author of Job kill. Which is great for the author, but what about the people who have the lists. Lets be honest, I ain't going to buy the same product from 10 different people, now am I?
So is the money really in the list? Are these lists so different? Just think about this for one moment......if you are looking to make money from home, the chances are you will be subscribing to a number of the newsletters. Which means that if I am doing it & so are you, then so are many like minded people out there. So I would imagine that the individual lists contain many of the same subscribers. We are all looking for information, help and advise, so we turn to the people who we think can help.
Bottom line, I think the money is in the list, if you are lucky enough to be the first one to email your subscribers. I received all the emails within an hour, so everybody is wide awake and on the ball. Competition is tough. You really need to have your wits about you, if you want to work from a list.
Then I have another question. It's great hearing about the lists, and how lucrative they can be, but so far, I haven't found one e-book that was very useful where that's concerned. They all they you to build a list, use auto responders and have the sales page, where you capture all the details. great, wonderful, how do I go about getting this? What do I do if I have no money for the auto responder or for someone to host my sales page? How do I get into the list business? I would love to hear from anybody who has managed without funds.
